[Azure] 新增 Azure Active Directory B2C 時出現的問題 The subscription is not registered to use namespace ‘Microsoft.AzureActiveDirectory’

今天想要在 Web app 上來時做 oAuth，首先要新增的就是 Azure AD，結果第一步就卡關XD

看了他的

先到subscription > resource providers>
Microsoft.AzureActiveDirectory 果真是 NotRegistered 的狀態 !
只要按下 左上角的Register 就會開始註冊拉 !
過一段時間再給它重新整理，就會看到是以註冊的狀態 !

這個時候再重新去註冊一次AD B2C 就可以了 ~ !
